Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea can be consumed hot or fresh, according to your preference. For hot infusion: add a tea bag in a cup, add boiling water and wait 3-5 minutes before removing the tea bag. For cold infusion (1 liter): pour two cups of boiling water into a container containing 4 tea bags and wait for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag, add two cups of cold water or ice.
